Garfield Bennett, 57, is accused of stealing and hawking a guitar and mandolin belonging to the legendary rock band Heart in Atlantic City, New Jersey, police said.
"Investigators were able to obtain video of Bennett walking through various parts of Atlantic City attempting to sell the instruments," police said.
Heart was set to play at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino when the theft occurred May 30. The instruments were recovered.
