NOT SO HANDY HANDYMAN HAD HAND IN BROOKYN FIRE

Handyman
Alonza Odom, 63, is accused of illegally using a blowtorch on the roof of a building - sparking a stubborn 2-alarm fire. To make matters worse, Odom's work vehicle was blocking a Brooklyn fire hydrant, hindering firefighting efforts, FDNY says. He was issued criminal summonses stemming from the Sept. 8 blaze, FDNY says. A second person was also cited for parking next to a fire hydrant. [Photo: FDNY]
